Criteria

With so many products Andhra bank provides the facility of credit card with acceptance of visa and master card affiliations to a great extent and no subscription fee in the first year.

The bank issues the card to the customer whose minimum proven income is RS 1.8 lacs per year (15000 per month), normally banks issues card for those customers who is earning 240000 per year (20000) per month.

However a customer can also get the facility of the card against the lien of deposits of the same amount without any proof of monthly or annual income.

Andhra bank credit card provide the cash advance facility of 50% with 3% interest charges and no other charges are incurred if the amount is paid within due date, this is the minimum charges the bank is deducting as compare to the other banks.

In case if customer fails to pay back the advance within due date regular service charges will apply from the due date, customer will only require to pay charges from the due date to the date of his payment.

Requirement

Most of the banks charge heavy annual subscription fee but this bank would not charge any annual subscription fee if the customer spends minimum of RS 18000 by using master and visa card.

However if he does not spend minimum of RS 18000 a year the next year annual subscription charges is payable with very low in amount.

Facilities

The credit period most of the bank gives to their customer is 21 to 35 days, but this bank gives the longest credit period which is from 21 to 50 days even if a customer rolls over his spending, and they provide free credit period if a customer starts his purchases for the first time.

This due date is extendable after the customers consent in writing They deduct no additional charges if a customer withdraws cash, with no cash limit, from any ATM of Andhra bank which easily available in the city.

Andhra bank credit card also provide free insurance cover for the lost card, after purchase of every 500 customer will get free SMS of billing amount, its due date and they will send a soft copy of credit card statement for the month on customers Email address. Andhra bank credit card statement is in very detail so that a customer can easily manage his account of purchases.

If any alteration in charges is made they quickly notify their customers with complete schedule of fees and charges so that the costumer plans their purchases accordingly.
